How we make money
Every ERP directory earns money from the vendors it lists. Almost none of them tell you how. Here is our entire model, in plain language.

Referral fees (active)
When you click through to a vendor and become a customer, some vendors pay us a referral fee through their official affiliate programs. This costs you nothing and does not change the vendor's price. Referral links are the same for every vendor that offers a program; vendors without programs stay listed on identical terms.

What we will never sell
- ✗ Ranking positions or quiz results — the scoring logic is identical for every vendor
- ✗ "Verified" badges that boost scores
- ✗ Your contact details — we don't even collect them; there are no email walls here
- ✗ Reviews or placement in the nonprofit guide

Where the data comes from
Vendor-published pricing pages, public filings, industry cost studies, and practitioner reports. Pricing shown is a reported range, not a quote — ERP vendors negotiate, and you should too. Spot something outdated? Tell us and we'll fix it with a changelog note.
